We use only light machinery or hand strip all premises using mattocks, crowbars, sledgehammers and other smaller hand tools, in order to ensure that the structure of your building will remain unaffected, and is fully prepared for ongoing works. This also includes the disconnection of any utilities where appropriate. If any harmful materials (such as Asbestos) are discovered during the soft-strip our in-house asbestos surveying and removal team will safelysample and if found to be harmful, remove and dispose of accordingly.
