Hartford Mill, Chadderton

This project is in Chadderton and is currently ongoing and has been completed in sections. The mill was originally built in 1907 as a cotton spinning mill. All materials that were salvageable were reclaimed and repurposed for future use.
The works are set to be completed in 2022.

HSBC Direct, Swansea

This project consisted of the soft strip and the demolition of the internal walls of a former HSBC office block in Swansea. In total the project took 7 weeks from start to finish. Leaving the building gutted ready for the refurbishment to begin.

Flintshire County

Hall, Mold

This project was completed in 2019. It consisted of three prefabricated concrete office blocks each 5 stories high. In order to complete the project we had to use our 28m high reach and 3 25 ton excavators. The asbestos removal, soft strip and demolition was all completed in house by our very own team at Manchester Demolition & Asbestos.

Liverpool Asbestos Removal, Liverpool Dock

This project was a fully licenced asbestos removal on a disused ship in Liverpool dock. The project was completed in 2 weeks and was undertaken by our sister company as they hold a full three year licence granted by the HSE.

Stretford Job Centre, Manchester

Before this building became the Job Centre our strip out team was called in to rip out the former office fixtures, fittings, walls, mechanical and electrical equipment, ceilings and floor coverings. Both floors were completed in 7 days.
